I’ve grown up with Fabian and known him ever since he was born, and having known him for, yikes! almost 40 years, he always has been very genuine, kind, helpful, intelligent, and a very witty person. Over the last 16 years, with my personal struggles with living with my husband who suffers depression, least to say, I think the entire family suffers mental health, which has driven me to pick myself up from day to day.
Five years ago, my husband’s mental health seemed to be getting worse. Fabian had a vision; he approached me with deep empathy and wanted to help me and my husband understand and deal with the situation and learnt how, over time, how anti-depressants taken long-term have major side effects.
Whenever I was down, struggling, or couldn’t understand, Fabian was always there to listen, offering comfort and support. Fabian taught me to be compassionate and have gratitude to myself for having the awareness and understanding. Fabian has taught me to breathe again, with breathing techniques and meditation to help with the anxiety and stresses of life. Fabian, not only being mindfulness, he is a spiritual power and he predicted many things , which, for one, he did say Jan ‘24 my husband will leave me by the end of 2024, and wow, it did happen. Nov ‘24, my husband requested a separation, something I would have never dreamed this could happen, but it did, and Fabian told me it would happen. Fabian would speak about how the planets, the solar flares, the energies affect our emotions and moods, and what he says makes sense ‘cause I have experienced it myself. We would laugh about this. I would have a very bad day filled with crazy emotions, then Fabian would have sent a message: “We just had a solar flare today, it was bad,” and I would respond, “Oh, don’t I know it, already happened.” Then Fabian would now advise me when the solar flares would happen, how the moon affects us, in advance so I would be prepared to deal with the emotions and breathe, to meditate, so I was not affected. Having Fabian just a call away gave me the best comfort and advice I needed in my darkest of darkest places. Life is never simple, it should be, but no, it’s no fairy tale. We all come across struggles in life. Who you associate with in life, people’s negative energies and jealousy all affect us, but Fabian has taught me how to deal with the situation for a happier and peaceful life. Still a working process, it’s not an overnight fix. Having a guide to direct me in a positive manner — who better than Fabian!

I got in contact with Fabian Alvares in a moment that I was feeling lost and uncertain about my future. I have experienced different types of therapies before and I was curious to know how Fabian could help me using his method. I didn’t know what to except but I trusted him from the very first moment. During our first session he spent as long as it was necessary to explain to me what his method is about. This is a method developed by him using his own life experiences and knowledge making it a unique therapy. He works on you at different levels: body, mind and spirit. And he does it in a very sympathetic and humanly way. He made me feel relaxed and confident all the way as I explained my situation to him. He gently took me back to my past and allowed me to see where my traumas were coming from, and he explained why these happened, their origin and reasons.
